Overview

Floods, earthquakes, and displacement don’t wait for convenient timing, and neither do we. From the 2009 Balakot floods to the 2025 floods in Swat and Kusar, Pace2Life’s disaster relief work has consistently reached families at their most vulnerable moments; with food, tents, clothing, medical care, and whatever else the moment requires, delivered as quickly as need is verified. Our response has also extended to families displaced by conflict, and to communities marking Eid with nothing to celebrate with, because a disaster isn’t always a flood or an earthquake.

What We Offer

• Natural Disaster Relief:
  Food, tents, clothing, cash assistance, and essential supplies for communities affected by floods and earthquakes, often paired with an on-the-spot medical camp in the same response
• Emergency Winter & Seasonal Supplies:
  Warm jackets, children’s clothing, toys, blankets, and shawls for families affected by disaster, so that recovery doesn’t mean going without warmth or dignity
• Displacement Relief:
  Support and Eid gifts for internally displaced families, including those uprooted by conflict and military operations
• Emergency Qurbani (Sacrifice) Relief:
  During Eid-ul-Azha, sacrificial meat distributed directly to flood-affected and displaced communities as part of our emergency response

Where We Work

Disaster relief efforts have reached flood- and earthquake-affected communities in Balakot and Mangora (Swat, KPK), Jhang, Dera Ismail Khan, Sindh, Swat, Kusar, and Balochistan (Awaran, Osta Muhammad, Pishin).

Recent Activity

Our most recent major relief effort responded to the 2025 floods in Swat and Kusar districts, delivering food and essential supplies to affected families in multiple phases. In 2022, after severe flooding hit Dera Ismail Khan, our team spent two days on the ground.

Day one distributing warm clothes, crockery sets, blankets, and cash to 100+ affected families in Tang, and day two running a medical camp nearby that treated 450+ patients
